B2B Marketing Specialist (Strategy, Execution & Social, 30 hrs/week, Sun-Thurs)

Acclivity is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Marketing/Strategy Specialist with a strong background in technical and emerging markets. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and possess expertise in account-based marketing (ABM). A portfolio showcasing previous work is required for consideration.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals and target technical and emerging markets.
  • Create and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
  • Develop compelling content marketing materials, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership articles.
  • Translate client conversations into thought leadership content for social media, blog content and media pitching.
  • Deck planning and outlining for webinars and presentations based on case studies and white papers.
  • Plan and write copy for ABM ad campaigns.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other relevant social media sites acting as client brands and executives to perform target client research and engagement.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic adjustments.
  • Identify and build relationships with niche media outlets, industry analysts and industry influencers
  • Community management and social media content support
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, design, development, content and social teams to align marketing efforts with client objectives and ensure brand continuity
Schedule:

Sunday – 12:30-8 (7.5)
Monday – 12:30-8 (7.5)
Tuesday – 10-3 (5)
Wednesday – 10-3 (5)
Thursday – 10-3 (5)
Some statutory holiday shifts required (stat pay provided)

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technical and emerging markets.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and driving targeted campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful content marketing initiatives and materials.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive marketing decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience as a strategist, providing strategic recommendations to guide marketing efforts.
  • Background as a technical writer, editor, or journalist/reporter in the business/technology space.
  • Knowledge of the engineering field or similar technical domains, facilitating effective communication with technical stakeholders.

Education:

English, Journalism, Business, Psychology, Marketing or other relevant education or relevant work experience with demonstrable skills/work product.

Hours:

30 hours per week

Salary:

$25-$33 hourly converted to salary based on weekly hours agreement
