B2B/ABM Marketing Specialist (& LinkedIn Expert)

Location: Fully Remote (Canada-based only)

Position Type: Full-Time (may require supporting different time zones from where you reside)

Salary: $60,000–$79,000 annually

What You’ll Do

Own 4–7 Enterprise ABM Programs

Drive end-to-end strategy and execution for complex, negotiated-contract engagements.

Define & Build ICP Lists

Partner with Strategists and client sales teams to profile ideal accounts, set MQL–SQL hand-off criteria and agree on success metrics.

Craft & Deliver Hyper-Personalized Outreach

Develop one-to-one messaging and leverage executive/brand channels (LinkedIn, X, niche forums) to spark real conversations with target stakeholders.

Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Identify, connect and nurture ICP contacts—sharing assets, proposing meetings, coordinating expert insights or PR opportunities.

Align Digital & Live Initiatives

Plan online plays that amplify conferences, trade shows or client events—whether or not your clients attend in person.

Steer Content & PR Collaboration

Advise Content Managers and PR on account-specific assets—whitepapers, videos, media placements—that resonate with each target’s priorities.

Drive HubSpot Pipeline Momentum

Manage and optimize deal stages, trigger re-engagement touches and ensure no account slips through the cracks.

Measure, Report & Optimize

Track leads, engagement actions, form fills, meetings booked and SQL hand-offs. Analyze ROI on time, budget and tactics—then iterate for maximum impact.

Scale with AI & Automation

Use AI tools to personalize at scale, spot high-intent signals and streamline repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality.

Expand Our ABM Playbook

Stay plugged into the latest ABM platforms and tactics. Pilot new channels, refine SOPs and share learnings to keep us ahead.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years owning ABM campaigns for mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Proven pipeline driver—you’ve moved deals through each stage with personalized, multi-channel outreach and clear hand-off processes
  • HubSpot power user—confident managing pipelines, workflows, tasks, and reporting dashboards to keep every account active
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator expert—you know how to research, connect and nurture target stakeholders at scale
  • Sharpshooter copywriter—you craft one-to-one messaging that engages C-suite and technical buyers alike
  • Collaborative mindset—you’ve partnered with content, design and PR teams to produce account-specific assets that land
  • Data-driven optimizer—you track campaign metrics, dig into the numbers and pivot fast to boost ROI, you can speak to what’s working, what’s not and move fast on iterations
  • AI-savvy operator—you leverage AI tools and stay up to date on advancements that can support your role
  • Self-starter in remote settings—you communicate clearly in Slack and video calls, stay organized in Asana, and keep projects moving without hand-holding
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
