ABM Engagement & Activation Specialist

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + 4% vacation + employer-paid benefits

Schedule (Eastern time zone):
Thursday 12 PM – 8 PM
Friday 12 PM – 8 PM
Saturday 8 AM – 4 PM or 12 PM – 8 PM
Sunday 8 AM – 4 PM or 12 PM – 8 PM
Monday 12 PM – 8 PM
Some statutory holiday coverage required.

The Role:

The ABM Engagement & Activation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing personalized engagement strategies for key accounts as part of our ABM campaigns. This role combines the art of building deep, meaningful relationships with B2B decision-makers and executing activation strategies that drive measurable results. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients’ accounts are nurtured, activated, and moved through the sales funnel, delivering impactful engagement at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account-Based Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with target account decision-makers through tailored outreach, leveraging both digital and traditional methods.
  • Campaign Activation: Lead the charge in executing ABM campaigns across multiple platforms, collaborating with creative teams to ensure campaigns connect meaningfully with targets.
  • Lead Nurturing: Guide prospects through the sales funnel with personalized content and consistent engagement, always refining your approach for better results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with a diverse team, ensuring ABM strategies align with business development and client goals, while continuously improving processes and tools.
  • CRM Management & Updates: Oversee and update client CRMs, ensuring all account details, interactions, and campaign activities are accurately tracked to drive better segmentation and follow-ups.
  • Content Strategy & Social Media Engagement: Create and schedule engaging social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta, ensuring alignment with ABM goals and maintaining consistency across all channels. Support scheduled social media monitoring shifts to ensure consistent, timely and relevant engagement & response times across all platforms.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on ABM campaign performance to optimize strategies, ensuring continuous growth and engagement.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in B2B marketing environment
  • Minimum 1 year of social chat/engagement experience
  • Minimum 1 year of content development experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience with CRM management (HubSpot a bonus)
  • Minimum 1 year experience with marketing technical, niche knowledge industries (engineering, manufacturing, technology, supply chain, etc.)
  • Proficient in AI prompt engineering and AI agent use
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize marketing related workflows and auditing/optimizing their output quality
  • Excellent personalized and persuasive written communication skills, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and decision maker roles
  • Experience actively and authentically engaging in an asynchronous communications environment (Slack & Asana)
