Responsibilities
- Internet research and report creation
- Preparation, proofing and formatting of documents in Office 365 applications
- Saving and maintaining files in SharePoint microsites
- Email monitoring and management
- Monitoring and basic analysis of marketing tools dashboards
- Project monitoring and maintenance (maintain Asana projects)
- Correspondence with suppliers, contractors and partners
- Ordering and logistics of distributing marketing materials
- Organize or create content calendar special content requests
- Other marketing and business admin items as needed
- Other tasks can be assigned based on skill set and desire
Requirements
- Proficient in Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail essential
