About Acclivity

At Acclivity, we work with innovative, technical clients in manufacturing, engineering, and tech, helping them turn complexity into clarity through strategic B2B marketing. We’re not here for bloated bureaucracy or busywork. We focus on quality execution, aligned strategy, and systems that scale.

As a remote-first, results-driven agency, we blend precision with personality. If you know how to lead projects, herd (creative) cats, and bring clarity to chaos – without needing your hand held – we want to talk to you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Fractional Project Manager to lead the execution of internal and client-facing projects. You’ll be the glue that keeps timelines intact, deliverables on track, and team collaboration humming. You’ll support our CEO and client leads in ensuring that projects flow efficiently across departments—from strategy to creative, dev to analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in agency environments and is now offering part-time/fractional PM services to multiple clients. You bring a structured approach to managing moving parts, understand how agencies tick, and thrive in detail.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Translate meeting action items into tasks and load into Asana
  • Own project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across internal and client accounts
  • Create, manage, and optimize workflows in Asana
  • Track deadlines, follow up on bottlenecks, and flag blockers early
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, dev, content, social, PR)
  • Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders and ensure alignment

Reporting & Budget Support

  • Track project hours and resourcing against budgets
  • Flag overages or margin risks proactively
  • Assist with invoicing coordination and documentation for key projects

Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend or implement improvements
  • Identify needed SOPs and templates to support repeatable project execution
  • Help evolve our internal toolkit to improve team throughput and quality

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with CEO, EA and resource team to prioritize workload
  • Join select internal meetings as needed
  • Maintain a clear picture of capacity, priorities, and potential risks

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of agency experience in project or operations management
  • Comfort working in marketing environments
  • Expertise in Asana
  • Familiarity with Slack
  • Familiarity with SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High reliability and autonomy—you’re accountable without micromanagement
  • Bonus: Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to create efficiencies in planning, reporting, and content ops

What You Get

  • Flexible hours that fit your portfolio of clients
  • Long-term potential – we’re looking to build a relationship
  • A supportive team
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful, fast-paced client accounts in technical sectors
  • A transparent, no-drama culture that values clarity, results, and kindness
