Responsibilities
- Create and implement unique and effective strategies and messaging to support individual client goals
- Create and manage campaigns for multiple clients across a variety of platforms lasting hours to months in length
- Monitor performance of campaigns and restructure when needed for a maintained positive impact
- Help manage and report on social media accounts – to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, grow followers, build website traffic, generate leads, and achieve other identified metrics.
- Write and edit compelling copy for digital campaigns with effective CTAs
- Increase reach by identifying new digital opportunities, optimizing existing channels, and running experiments
- Work within set budgets for each client to execute goals and achieve KPIs
- Work alongside our team to imagine and implement opportunities and strategies for upcoming campaigns, and maintain brand voice across all platforms
- Monitor and report on competitor performance
- Contribute highlights and metrics to monthly reporting
- Schedule, maintain and boost content using social scheduling tools
- Contribute to campaign ideas and future strategic planning sessions
- Continuously research and implement industry trends and developments
Requirements
- Strong task organization and task management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Stays up to date on industry trends and platform advancements
- Relevant education, relevant work experience or relevant related experience plus a demonstration of good position fit required
- Familiarity with popular digital platforms including social media, search engines, blogs and website interactions
Nice to Haves
- A background in or knowledge of non-SaaS B2B industries
- A background in or knowledge of manufacturing, electronics, or similar industries
- Familiarity with account-based marketing approaches
- Willingness to work on days and times outside the normal workweek as needed (rare, generally only for special events, planned well in advance)
- Familiarity with social media accessibility best practices
- Familiarity with website and Facebook chatbots
