Digital Ad Specialist – Content Creation and Campaign Management

Part-time, remote, open to Canadian residents.

  • Creating, loading and managing multiple ad campaigns for multiple clients across a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and beyond, and search engines such as Google
  • Monitoring performance of ad campaigns and restructuring when needed for a maintained positive impact.
  • Increase website traffic, follower growth and engagement, and other identified metrics
  • Managing campaigns using Google PPC channels, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and others
  • Increase advertising reach by identifying new digital opportunities, optimizing existing channels, and running experiments
  • Scheduling and boosting content using social scheduling tools
  • Working within set budgets for each client to execute goals and achieve KPIs
  • Work with our Graphic Designer to create effective and attractive ads for all channels
  • Create engaging ad copy with effective CTAs
  • Brand and brand voice development, maintenance, and protection
  • Competitor monitoring and reporting
  • Contribute highlights and metrics to monthly reporting
  • Contribute to campaign ideas and future strategic planning sessions with Strategist
  • Continuously researching and implementing industry trends and developments
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Stays up to date on industry trends and platform advancements
  • Relevant education, relevant work experience or relevant related experience plus a demonstration of good position fit required
  • Familiarity with ad managers (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with SEMRush
  • Certifications from Google, Facebook or other ad platforms
