Location: Fully Remote (Canada-based only)
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000–$72,000 annually

We’re looking for a PR pro who can elevate our clients’ voices, shape narratives that matter, and land stories in the right places.

What You’ll Do

Drive Media Strategy
Own end-to-end PR planning for 4-7 B2B clients,  from positioning to outreach to measurement.

Craft & Place Stories
Write press releases, pitches, and bylined articles that translate complex technical concepts into compelling, media-ready stories.

Build Relationships
Develop and maintain media, analyst, and influencer relationships across industries like manufacturing, cybersecurity, clean energy, and emerging tech.

Earned Media Wins
Secure meaningful placements in trade publications, business outlets, podcasts, and niche communities that drive credibility and visibility.

Support Funding & Milestone PR
Lead PR strategy for funding announcements, product launches, executive appointments, and major partnerships.

Executive Positioning
Collaborate with executives on thought leadership development, from op-eds and speaking opportunities to awards submissions.

Integrate with ABM & Content
Align PR activities with ABM campaigns, content marketing, and social activation to maximize amplification and lead gen impact.

Crisis & Reputation Management
Guide clients through sensitive situations, drafting clear and confident responses that protect brand trust.

Measure & Optimize
Report on media coverage, share of voice, and campaign ROI, then refine strategies for stronger results.

Stay Ahead
Monitor trends in media, analyst relations, AI-driven discoverability, link building, and digital PR to keep our clients on the cutting edge.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–7 years of PR, media relations, or communications experience, preferably in B2B or agency settings
  • Strong track record securing earned media in both trade and business publications
  • Excellent writer – you can make technical topics accessible and compelling
  • Proven ability to pitch and build relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers
  • Familiarity with tools like Cision, Muck Rack, or equivalent for media monitoring and outreach
  • Familiarity with tools like HARO, Source Bottle, Qwoted and similar media lead platforms
  • Experience aligning PR with content, ABM, and social campaigns
  • Confident client-facing communicator who can present strategies, manage expectations, and build trust with executives
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent experience
